AGGREGATES - 'AGGS IN BAGS'

FROOM has recently invested in a new bagging plant and is now able to supply local merchants with aggregates in bags ready to sell on to their own customers.

An automated bag filling process allows FROOM to fill a large quantity of standard type sealed plastic bags in a short period of time. The bags are then transported to waiting pallets using a robotic arm before being transported to a stacking area.

These pallets are then ready for immediate delivery to local merchants.

Recycled Aggregates:

Using a Trommel, hard-core is cleaned and crushed to produce a 40mm down, sub-base material called Sub-Base 1.
